Steve is a licenced buyer's agent who is passionate about property development.
Steve has over 25 years' experience in the property development and construction industry. He has worked across all asset classes including residential, industrial, commercial, retail and child care.
Steve has worked for both small and large property developers in Queensland as State Development Manager overseeing acquisitions, design, construction, sales, leasing and property management.
Steve joined the Property Development Network in 2017 and is now an in-house buyer's agent and site acquisition specialists with Development Sites Australia based in QLD.
Qualifications and Awards:
Bachelor of Commerce., Accounting and Finance
Graduate Diploma in Project Management, Property Development

Martin Garner
Property Developer, Development Manager and Site Acquisition Specialist
Martin has 18 years’ experience as a Client-side Project Manager and Development Manager in both Australia & the UK. Ranging from 1,000 Lot residential subdivisions, State Government School Precincts to Development Master planning for Tertiary Education institutes.
Specialising in Master planned developments, Martin has worked for second largest residential developer in the UK and for one of the “big four” globally recognised consultancies with clients ranging from Residential Developers, State Government agencies and tertiary education providers.
Martin joined Property Developer Network in 2021 and is now an in-house buyer's agent and site acquisition specialist with Development Sites Australia based in Victoria. In addition, Martin is a Mentor for the Property Development Formula.
